The Imperial Hawaii Vacation Club (“Club”) is a time share property in Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii. The Club is part of the Imperial Hawaii Resort ("Project") located at 205 Lewers Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. The Project includes 375 "Units," consisting of 270 apartments, 13 commercial units and 92 parking stalls.
The Vacation Club consists of 248 of the apartments with 52 time share intervals per apartment for a total of 12,896 intervals.
